PKF Francis Clark is looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join it's People Team. This is a new and exciting role with plenty of opportunity for you to shape the future of how we attract and recruit the very best talent into our business.  You will be responsible for ensuring that we are attracting and assessing the right people for our experienced hire roles. 

This role can be based from any of our offices across the South West (Bristol, Exeter, Plymouth, Poole, Salisbury, Taunton, Torquay or Truro) and will initially be based from home. When permitted you will be required to travel to all our offices to ensure that business relationships are built and maintained. 

About you: 

With a background in in-house recruitment, you will be a proactive and well-informed recruitment expert, providing a robust and first-class candidate and client experience. You will have extensive experience of direct sourcing and building direct sourcing strategies using professional networks, headhunting, social media, job boards, talent pools and other channels. The ability to consult, influence and partner with colleagues at all levels is a given, as is knowledge of recruitment best practice, process and policy. 

You will be innovative, creative and have strong initiative and interpersonal skills. 

You will ideally be educated to degree level*, have at least 3 A levels* grades A-C and GCSC's* A-C including Maths and English

* or equivalent 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for the complete end to end recruitment and selection process including candidate, hiring manager and third party management ensuring that the most effective recruitment channels are being used
  • Utilise your knowledge and experience to bring new ideas and solutions to harder to fill roles
  • Partnering/ contracting with the business and regional people managers on recruitment processes and outcomes
  • Work with hiring managers to develop appropriate attraction strategies and share best practices
  • Carrying out search and non-search work for fee and non fee earning roles
  • Identifying, building and maintaining talent pools across the business
  • Regular reporting on monthly recruitment activity and using the insight given to inform recruitment decision
