We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our Resourcing team.

Reporting into our Experienced Hire Resourcing Manager you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and partnering with leaders to fulfil ambitious hiring needs. As acquiring talented people is getting harder, the position will be challenging yet incredibly rewarding.

PKF-Francis Clark operates a hybrid working policy; therefore, this position can be based primarily from home, alongside frequent (weekly or fortnightly) attendance in either our Exeter or Plymouth office to collaborate as a team. On occasion you may be required to travel to any of our offices to develop and enhance stakeholder relationships.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for the complete end to end recruitment and selection process including candidate, hiring manager and third-party management ensuring that the most effective channels are being utilised.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their expectations while upholding an excellent candidate experience.
  • Regularly report on pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders (for example, People Services, Regional HR, Marketing).
  • Coordinate closely with Resourcing Team colleagues to continuously improve and develop processes and initiatives

About you:

  • Previous experience as a full-lifecycle Recruiter in either in-house/RPO environment (preferred) or agency environment.
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, and decision-making skills.
  • Desire to grow professional via networking and ongoing training opportunities.
  • Previous experience of recruiting within the professional services industry is highly desirable yet not essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree or similar level of education is preferred
