PKF Francis Clark is looking for an Early Careers Recruitment Specialist to join it's People Team. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for ensuring that we are attracting and assessing the right people for all our Early Careers apprenticeships and programmes (primarily accountancy apprenticeship ACA, AAT, ATT) as well as 1 year placements, summer internships and work experience/ insight days.
This role can be based from any of our offices across the South West and will initially be based from home. When permitted you will be required to travel to all our offices to ensure that business relationships are built and maintained.
As the successful candidate you will be innovative, creative and have strong initiative and interpersonal skills. You will ideally have previous experience of working in a recruitment environment and understand the cycle of early careers recruitment. You will be able to demonstrate that you can build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, be a great event organiser and coordinator, a social media champion and creator who is able to drive projects from conception to completion whilst managing multiple priorities!
You will ideally be educated to degree level*, have at least 3 A levels* grades A-C and GCSC's* A_C including Maths and English
