We are much more than just accountancy. We act as trusted business advisers, working in partnership with our clients to help support and enhance their performance. Whether it’s a family business, private client, corporate business, professional practices or the not-for-profit sector we offer you the opportunities to experience all types of client work.
You will be required to work as part of the team to provide a range of accountancy and tax related services to a wide array of clients across a diverse range of sectors. From data analytics to professional client advice, every day is different when you are an ACA trainee.
Our training is delivered via a level 7 apprenticeship standard where you’ll complete 450 days technical work experience, study for 15 exams and attend our accredited STEPs course that offers structured interpersonal development.
All of our trainee opportunities follow apprenticeship standards which means you will receive support and learning not only for your professional qualification but also towards the skills and behaviours that are required to be a successful accountant.
We recognise that personal development training is essential in becoming a well trusted business adviser so this is why we have an accredited STEPs programme that offers you the structured interpersonal development.
Balancing client work with study for professional exams requires focus and dedication but it’s also the best way to learn: you’ll quickly get experience in many areas, guided by senior colleagues and supported and advised by your own mentor/counsellor.
Our culture is created by our people, all of whom are encouraged to share their opinions, value teamwork and understand the importance of a mutually beneficial, supportive environment.
